Issues being tracked in Call of Duty: Warzone

ISSUE

DESCRIPTION

I didn't get SR in Ranked Play.

– All platforms

Ranked Play has been temporarily disabled to address issues with server disconnects and awarding SR. Stay tuned for updates.

I didn’t get my Monster Energy rewards.

– All platforms

We’re aware of delays in the delivery of Monster Energy rewards for players who watched the HusKerrs Howl stream on Twitch. Please stay tuned for updates.

My Ranked Play Combat Record is incorrect.

– All platforms

An issue causing Ranked Play Combat Records to display incorrect data or no data is being addressed. This is a display issue; Combat Record data is not lost.

I’m getting lag and hitching in game.

– PC

An issue causing some players to experience lag, hitching, and/or rubber-banding is under investigation.

To help with the investigation, please reach out to us with your PC crash log files ready to share.

1. Shut down the game if it is running.
2. Open the game’s install folder on your PC.
3. Double-click the CrashLogGenerator.exe tool.

Once complete, you will find an Error Log zip file in your Document folder.

My COD Points balance is zero.

– All platforms

A visual error causing some players to see their COD Points balance at zero is under investigation.

In the meantime, please try restarting the game for your COD Points to display the correct balance.

One of my Loadouts changed.

– All platforms

An issue causing Primary or Secondary weapons to reset to default weapons, such as the XM4, upon selection is under investigation.

I'm getting a message saying "One or more DLC packs are out of date."

– PlayStation 4

Some PlayStation 4 players are receiving persistent DLC pop-up messages in game.

Troubleshooting: Ensure that all Add-Ons for Black Ops 6 are installed.

1. Navigate to your Library and select Call of Duty.
2. Select PlayStation Store from the options on the left.
3. In the list of Your Add-Ons, install all Add-Ons for Black Ops 6.
4. Launch Black Ops 6.

If the troubleshooting steps above don't resolve your issue, completely uninstall and then reinstall the game and all Add-Ons.

Dragon's Breath ammunition

The Dragon's Breath ammunition has been re-enabled.

 

Borealis camo

An issue preventing players from equipping the Borealis camo on Modern Warfare III weapons within Warzone has been addressed.

 

Abyssal Horror Calling Card

A tracking issue with the Abyssal Horror Calling Card has been addressed.

 

Reclaimer 18 Shotgun

The Reclaimer 18 Shotgun has been re-enabled.

 

Attachment access

An issue showing previously unlocked attachments as "Unlocked at Level 1" has been addressed.

 

Clan Tag crashes

Crashes occurring  when interacting with the Clan Tag menu have been addressed.

 

Ranked Play Armory

An Armory access issue in Ranked Play has been addressed.

 

JAK Salvo

An issue preventing players from accessing the JAK Salvo has been addressed.

 

Quartermaster Suppressor

An issue preventing players from accessing the Quartermaster Suppressor has been addressed.

 

Riptide Operator Skins

Display issues affecting the Cull and Nocturn skins for the Riptide Operator have been addressed.

 

Fast Times camo

A progression tracking issue for the Fast Times camo for the D1.3 Sector has been addressed.

 

Ranked Play Rewards

An issue with the delivery of Operator skins for players who met the Ranked Play requirements has been addressed.

 

Gumball Ballistics

Unintended effects blocking aim visibility when using the Gumball Ballistics weapon blueprint from the I.D.E.A.D. Bundle have been addressed.

 

Top 250 Ranked Play rewards

An issue preventing some players from accessing Legacy Top 250 Rewards from Modern Warfare II Ranked Play within Warzone has been addressed.

 

Crashes on Loading Screen

An issue causing crashes or freezes on some loading screens has been addressed.

 

Locked Operator Skins

An issue where the Ghost - Golden Phantom or the Konig - Vapor Operator Skin is locked in Warzone has been addressed.

 

Fresh Grind

An issue with the delivery of the Fresh Grind emblem for eligible CDL stream viewers has been addressed.
